If you couldn’t tell already, we absolutely adore cats. We treat them as part of our family. We can’t imagine life without them. So when 2 days after Thanksgiving, we lost our oldest cat Lucca, after a long struggle with Cancer, we were absolutely heartbroken. We had decided to put her to sleep a few days before Thanksgiving because she wasn’t getting any better and as humans, we have the responsibility of making that tough decision for the cat. She got to enjoy Thanksgiving with some friends, so I think that was great. On Saturday, we brought her to the Vet. He agreed with our decision. She went quietly and peacefully to sleep then up Kitty Heaven. We will miss her dearly.
Rest in peace Lucca. We will always love you and we will see you again.
